EA Launcher doesn't launch games.

I have tried everything in the book but so far the only game I can play is NFS Heat and I got it off steam that's the only game I can get to work so I compared the files of the game they are a bit different and I am not 100% sure but the other games are missing files to make it work and I tried copying from the game that works  but no luck so I am guessing that its not downloading files we need to play the other games no matter how many times u redownload the games the files the game needs is probably not downloading I have tried hope this kind of helps clear some stuff up and again I could be way off but that's my theory.
