EA launcher unable to launch any games from library

Summarize your bug Windows had an update, after the restart I was unable to launch the Sims 4 and all DLC's, packs and kits. The launcher states "Game failed to launch. Please double-check connection or try again later." Upon trying to launch the game offline, the launcher states "The game license has expired. Launch your game online to renew the license. Error code: EC:204"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It comes from your launcher because I have followed all steps suggested in other answers, from uninstalling, reinstalling *All on the same internet it says I'm not connected to by the way*, changing the DNS trying to move EA app to D drive with the game. It has something to do with the Windows update for Windows 11.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot launch any game. I can download it and install it as I tried other games in my library and I am still unable to launch anything. Even going as far as to use the.exe link in its respective programs folder. I played fine up until this point. I had an issue with login a few months back but the app updated itself and the issue resolved.
What do you expect to see? My game and all it's add-ons that I paid for to launch when I click the button for it to do so.
Here is the dxdiag that I've seen asked for. I am quite sure it has something to do with the recent windows update. Norton updates regularly and it's never blocked the game or the app. And I use mods and all. never had a problem until last week.
So just got finished with tech support. I had seen on another post that EA Play was their issue. I explained that to the tech and I believe he took off the EA play version of the sims 4 as I bought the digital deluxe version and took it off of Unravel 2, or he maybe reset my account because it states I still have EA Play. But either way, my game is working now! So that's the issue team.
