Tried to start up a game and EA is saying that I need to renew my game pass. I have PC game pass and was able to play the game 2 days ago but today it is telling me that I need to renew the subscrip...
I have also had the same issue, it seems that all my games were removed on the basis that my xbox subscription expired which certainly is not the case. I have a tax invoice showing it was paid over 20 business days ago.
Trouble Shooting:
-I have unlinked and relinked my xbox account to ea app
-PC restart
-signed in and out multiple times of both apps
-checked all email addresses to see if I was just confused
-Attempted to use help in EA and Xbox which somehow almost pressured me into getting an X account which I do not want
-Even checked ban status
And still the issue persists. Luckily I did not go and purchase the subscription to EA additional to my xbox game pass or upgrade my xbox game pass for no reason, finding any information on this 'known issue' is far too difficult.
EA you should look after your xbox game pass family and help us out with a quick fix or whatever else you want to throw our way. What a joke.
