EA Phone Support Is Gone, EA Doesn't Respond To Tickets Anymore, No Live Chat
I had a simple question about why Battlefield 3 is saying it can't be opened with the key I have, a game I've owned for some time now. Back when, I could call EA support on the phone. The closest thing I could do the reach out in the EA help section was to open a ticket, it seems others are having the same issue with them not responding to tickets. I wish there was a way to rebuy the game, but it won't let me since I already own the game. There also isn't an option to remove the game from my account like there is on Steam to solve this. When I open Battlefield 3, it prompts me to enter a new key, when I go to do so, it says my computer isn't online? Which it clearly is, the interface to do this looks like the interface it had back when it was Origin, probably because the game is old. EA has more money than it ever has, apparently because they cut their support team?
My last hope is that a user has a solution in this thread, or if an EA employee helps me with this on here. If anyone from EA is reading this, please don't just link me to the EA help section... I've already tried every possible hyperlink and method on there,
