Summarize your bug I closed need for speed heat and then I turned off the pc. i shut down the system but there was a service in process and unaware i shut down. on next boot ea play launcher it gave me the error connection temporarily absent. I don't know exactly what I arrested but I know I did. thank you

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i think finding the proces i've shutted down

Hi @hipros-1201 Can you try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Verify any Anti-virus, or other software is not limiting the client and game (try closing out of additional apps then trying to play)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
