So I recently got Xbox Game Pass and I downloaded EA Desktop. I wen't to go download Battlefield V and the download button was replaced with a grey box with an information icon in it. It says this title is no longer included with EA Play. But it is advertised with EA Play everywhere. Is this a bug? If so, how do I fix it. I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling EA Desktop and restarting my computer and my Xbox application. Thank you!
I went to download Crysis 3 today and the download button isn't there I restarted my pc and reinstalled the software and still nothing.
Same here. No luck with reinstall either.

I can't download Crysis 3 it says "This game is no longer included in EA Play." uh it says It is included in EA Play? but there is no download button same goes for Battlefield V.. I tried everything restarted my PC uninstalled and reinstalled the Desktop App I even cleared the cache and I still cannot download Crysis 3 or Battlefield V.
Same problem for me, download button its just a gray box with a ( ! ) in it, but for me the problem is also on Battlefield 5, battlefield 1 and crysis 3, all 3 has the same problem, and if you find them on collection it say's "this game is no longer included in EA play"
im having the same issue with a "!" in a gray box on games like battlefield 1,5 and star wars battlefront 2, this has never happened before. i have made attempts to fix it and none have worked

Hey, this isn't a great fix but if you go into the Xbox desktop app you can launch it from there just fine if it's on there too. Hope this can help, but it's annoying it's doing that.
I have a problem when i want to play Titanfall 2 and some other games via EA Desktop PC

when i want to play it cant open
i already restart app and clear cache ea desktop
i also already contacted EA Advisor and nothing change

I have the same. I wanted to start BF V as I have daily for the last few weeks without a hitch, and now EA Desktop says I need to install it, but doesn't give an install/download button, only an option to buy another edition. I tried all fixes with 2 EA reps, to no avail. A few games do show the download button, but at least BF V, SW: Battlefront 2 and Titanfall 2 do not show the button. SW Squadrons DOES show the download button.
I have EA Play through XBox Ultimate Gamepass, so I can't switch back to Origin to play, as in their infinite wisdom EA decided to have this quite big feature limited to the EA desktop beta-product.
BTW I had all of the games I mentioned above installed, but when EA desktop couldn't find them anymore (no disk changes of any kind), I reinstalled EA desktop - which without any warning or even a casual mention deleted hundreds of GB of installed EA games. If you HAVE to have your own game launcher (and trust me, not a single player loves having to have multiple game launchers installed which all do essentially the same), please at the very least keep basic game launcher functionality intact, like leaving the game installation folder alone when uninstalling.
