So I recently got Xbox Game Pass and I downloaded EA Desktop. I wen't to go download Battlefield V and the download button was replaced with a grey box with an information icon in it. It says this title is no longer included with EA Play. But it is advertised with EA Play everywhere. Is this a bug? If so, how do I fix it. I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling EA Desktop and restarting my computer and my Xbox application. Thank you!
The Sims TeamI cannot install a select few games that I previously could play- Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5 and Titanfall 2. I have uninstalled in hope of reinstalling but the app claims that the games are "no longer included in EA play", even though these problematic games are clearly on the list of titles available through EA play on the app. The install/play button is grayed out, and I cannot even install it through the Xbox app.

Not the first time this has been mentioned today. Seems to be a glitch with some ea play titles at the moment.

I played yesterday.
Seems to work again for me! Too bad the non-communication from EA has caused me to lose hundreds of GB of games (deleted without warning when uninstalling EA Desktop). Also, the EA reps on the chat should be more open to believing that a problem that occurs with multiple people out of the blue is EA's fault, not all of those people's.
