EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue

Dear EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided.

I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file.

I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game.

Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file.

I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch.

Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.

    I have finished clearing the files inside the "License" folder and the temp files.

    I'm still having the same issue. This activation thing keeps popping-up. I haven't experienced this before.

    Deleting the licenses folder usually helps with that. 

    Delete EA License Files:

    • Make sure the EA app is closed.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Enable View Hidden Files and Folders (In case you want to find the folder location through File Explorer)
    • Delete all files in the "License" folder.

    Please clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
    • (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    I keep on getting this one after starting the game from Steam.

    After placing my account details, it just redirects me back to EA App Menu.

    Hey, I just uninstalled EA App and will be reinstalling my FC 25 on Steam. Will update once done.

  • I have the same issue and my game still won't start properly. Even when I followed what EA_Barry stated below, still doesn't work.

    ich habe seit dem 22. Jannuar das selbe Problem.

    ich habe mich an alle Lösungsversuche gehalten und ausprobiert und nutze seit ca. zwei jahren die EA App. 

    am 19.01.25 habe ich die Loyalty Edition gekauft . seither kann ich das spiel nicht mehr öffnen
