EA stole my money.

EA stole my money and I don't know if it was on purpose or if the payment just bugged out. I put my order in for sims 25th b-day and low and behold they didn't work on my pc. So i asked for a refund. Did i get my refund? No! I chatted with EA support and they told me to wait. After waiting I've been met with nothing! I can't contact any help! This has been going on for four days and after trying to get my money back from the professionals i have to ask the community to help me. After the refund didn't go through I tried to make it work but I can't do it anymore! PLEASE HELP!!!! And EA I'm disappointed in you.

    To add to that, all of my households and builds over the last few years are now destroyed completely. Missing items everywhere. 

  • Very similar issue. Logged in today and was forced to accept that greedy microtransaction update and now not only is the game removing my items from my builds,  its giving me a pop up accusing me of not owning the packs. I have spent hundreds over the years. So not only were my packs that I paid for, stolen, I was then accused of theft by the game itself. AFTER THE NEW UPDATE. Now I'm out money and my game is broken and unusable, and I can't get a hold of anyone for help. My next step is the Consumer Protection Board. I suggest you try them too. They cant keep stealing money from people and provide no way to actually talk to someone to fix it. That's literally theft.
