EA will not install

Hi @Zar_katrina This most likely is our culprit then, You can find more about the requirements for EA App in our FAQ which provides further information about the client and what is needed to run it.

What platform is the EA app available for?

64-bit minimum versions of Windows 7, 8.1, 10 & 11.

If you are on a 32-bit system we would need to use a 64-bit device running one of the following versions of Windows in order to install the client correctly.

On my settings it says 32-but operating system, 64x based processor ? I’m sorry I don’t understand computers😂
