EA won't let me scrol down to install Spore

After ages I found my original copy of Spore and I wanted to play

I installed the app to redeem the code but after that, EA send me to a page to select the location of the product

I select the one with my language (italian) but after that there isn't any button to go on and proceed with the installation, as the scrollbar was locked and it won't lem me reach for the button on the bottom of the window to proceed

It is such a weird bug, how can I fix this?
