EA SPORTS FC™ TeamI could be that third party software is interfering with logging in and that's why I want to check it, that way we can determine the source of the issue @bradalee21.
If you have tried what I suggested and it didn't work, then please try a Clean Boot of Windows and only start up EA Desktop, make sure that no other programs are launched.
Also, how absurd is the idea of a clean install of windows?! That isn't even a remotely viable suggestion, it's laughable to even suggest such a thing. Fix your launcher, this is your problem and nothing to do with me.

If it doesn't work with a Clean Boot and disabling firewalls/VPNs/Proxies/etc. and a clean install of Windows, then I would like to check if the router is blocking any connections.
Could you please make sure that the PC is directly connected to the router and that you have opened the following ports on your router?

If you don't know how to open the ports, then I can suggest getting in touch with the manufacturer of the router.
None of this works, the problem is your launcher, it is not a problem on my end. I have repeatedly told you this.
My router is fine. My install of Windows is fine. My internet is fine.
It. Is. Your. Launcher.
Can you now give me an actual solution rather than shifting responsibility?

Well you shouldn't have to reinstall Windows to get rid of the EC:10005 error message @iSellSpleens.
As for having to use a program to launch games, that's due to the DRM. Most other games make use of some sort of DRM application such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Origin, etc.
Can you give a little explanation what's happening with some screenshots?
so your suggestion to fix an issue with our terrible app is to completely delete all of our personal data and clean install windows? What a joke of a company
