Ok, so, I tried everything under that and none worked. I even downloaded the .msi file again but it says that its already installed. And of course, not a single trace of it on my computer.

You may want to reach out to Microsoft Support as this extends beyond our scope of support. If you went to the extent of registry editing I'm concerned a process was done in which Windows Support will need to help walk you through in fixing.- 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry Yes, I have tried CCleaner.
