Error 500 in EA app when trying to play games.

Hi. No, I have cleared my cache multiple times already and it doesn't help.

Summarize your bug After fresh windows reinstall, saved original migrated game files and dowloaded EA app and logged in, downloaded game - unable to play due to constant error 500, followed advice reset, clear cache, log out of ea app - restarted then logged in, could then access game, played a while, logged off pc started again - again error 500, uninstalled ea app - reinstalled EA app after log in - backed up saves, still error 500 unable to access games, reset network adapter, performed hardware test on internet connection board - all good. game is logged as downloaded by EA app, tried loading offline - game not showing in offline screen
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? run EA app in windows 11 using Intel killer ethernet connection on Alienware r13 pc
What happens when the bug occurs? OOPs ERROR 500 message
What do you expect to see? ability to play game, game to show playable even to play offline

 After fresh windows reinstall, along with cpu and ssd upgrade, saved original migrated game files and dowloaded EA app and logged in, downloaded game - unable to play due to constant error 500, followed advice reset, clear cache, log out of ea app - restarted then logged in, could then access game, played a while, logged off pc started again later that day - again error 500, followed advice on forums and uninstalled ea app - reinstalled EA app after log in - backed up saves, still error 500 unable to access games, reset network adapter, performed hardware test on internet connection board - all good. game is logged as downloaded by EA app, tried loading offline - game not showing in offline screen - EA app will allow me to access my game, must be compatability issue with alienware pc's

Would appreciate if EA could unlock origin client until all bugs sorted as the EA app is basically unusable for me at the moment, on another note have no such issue with steam client so it has to be a EA app compatibility issue

For the last week or so, every time I turn on my PC in the morning and open the EA app to play Sims 4, I have met with the message "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem" and then I get hit with a "500 something went wrong...the server encountered a mysterious error. Try again in a little bit" I have cleared my cache, closed and re-opened the app several times and the only way my game will load is if I restart my computer AFTER I already turned it on. I have never had any issues with the app until now. Why is this happening all of a sudden?

So my grandson open he case, and he got message : 

"Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."

He so panic, he don't know what happen because yesterday not like that, and he can't open he case, please help me, tell me what happen?,Even when I try to open the case is same,I'm sending you guys a photo so check it out, my grandson edited it
