Error 500

Starting this week, I've repeatedly gotten error 500 in addition to games failing to launch (specifically Sims 2). I've completely deleted and re-installed the app as well as shut it down from task manager (both the EA app and the background services).

    Three years later, and I'm still stuck with the same issue as you. No solution in sight.
