error code 14-1632
I am unable to download the EA app; every attempt is blocked with an error message saying "...(error code: INST-14-1632).

I also just bought an NZXT computer last week and I'm getting the same error message. I've also tried all of the troubleshooting steps above with no luck and even took it to get looked at by PC Laptops and they couldn't solve it.
You have to make an installer file inside of windows . I had the same issue this fixed it in a few minutes.👍🏼 C:\windows\installer
