Error EC:10607

Greetings.

2 months ago I downloaded Dragon Age Inquisitions and I got the error "EC:10607", saying that the data in the cloud was corrupt. Since the game I had at that time was not very advanced, I ignored the error and started a new character. But today, when I downloaded the game again after formatting my PC, it gave me that error again and I lost all my progress. To see if it was a problem that only occurred with that game, I downloaded Mass Effect Andromeda, where I had several saved games and it also pointed out that they were corrupt.

What's happening with EA cloud saving?

    When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 10/12/23
    Summarize your bug hi all my EA game saves are corrupting (Battlefield) and / or auto deleting (Deadspace) with EA app through XBOX games pass on PC. So frustrating and there appears to be no resolution despite clearing cache /reset app etc
    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? install EA app on PC through xbox games pass
    What happens when the bug occurs? EC10607 intermittently often occurs, then all saves are forever corrupted or deleted
    What do you expect to see? games to just work

    hi all my EA game saves are corrupting (Battlefield) and / or auto deleting (Deadspace) with EA app through XBOX games pass on PC. So frustrating and there appears to be no resolution despite clearing cache /reset app etc - after EC10607 that occurs after ~3 plays or a few days

    He i am korean Student Since 3 weeks ago, the error code EC:10607 is this, please solve it, I bought the game for $37, but I can't play it, please email me If you need anything, please contact me:[edit: email address removed]   

    [The meaning of the picture is that the cloud data is corrupted The cloud data of this game is corrupted and the local save data cannot be     saved If you recently launched the EA app on a different device, we recommend that you use the same device to restore your cloud data or you can launch the game now to create a new      game save Error Code 10607]

    Please describe Cloud corruption is said to be detailed as a picture
    When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 3 weeks after I bought the game

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I was loading in the loading window to enter the game, it popped up like that
    What happens when the bug occurs? I can't get into the game
    What do you expect to see? i don't no
