Every EA ID is prohibited

I am trying to set up an EA account for my sister and have come across an issue where any id that I try to use is labeled as prohibited. Specifically, the error is: "EA ID contains a prohibited word ...

(Can someone on the EA team please explain the process of contacting someone through help to help with an ID issue. Step by step please, and then they should try it for themselves. To me it looks like EA accidentally made it impossible to get help with EA ID issues from an actual person.) *Edit I did see that it was explained by EA Barry in the post, but the email and chat to us option needs to be dug up somehow.

I had to choose a completely unrelated topic and even then i couldn't choose the right platform, only mac was available.

Then the EA Advisors can't help you manually change your ID, you need to keep trying until you find something that works. Which is ridiculous. The Advisor in question was a star though Very friendly and helped me as much as they possibly could, but i could tell they are being limited by the company.
