Failed to launch game - error on our end
I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

Having the exact same problem here, when trying to launch NFS HEAT. I bought the game on Steam platform, launch the game, but when the EA APP opens, I receive the same message. I tryed reinstall both platforms, the game, clear the cache, but it still persists.
