I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried all the same things as you, but still the game won't work, Its been like this for three days. I use mods on my game so I've gone through to make sure none of my mods files are floating around in the sims 4 file where it shouldn't be, but still the game wont load. It is absolutely infuriating.
