Good afternoon,
per my windows account, I am not a part of the Windows Insider Preview program but yet I am still receiving the failure to launch message when I try to play my game. I have done everything, restarting the app, restarting my computer, and even re-downloading all of my sim's games. Nothing has worked. I sent an app report a couple of days ago.

Yes, EA_Leeuw highlights the insider program to clarify the situation. The updates mentioned do CAN concern “Insider,” and "non-insider" but players should be aware of them for the future. This message also serves as a warning.
