'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

Run the EA and Steam applications as an administrator: right-click on each desktop shortcut and select “Run as administrator” Do not attempt to launch your game until both applications are fully loaded, then press “Play” in Steam rather than using the game shortcut on the desktop. (But normally this is not a problem)

  Thank you for your detail, as I specified in my post you must also uninstall this update.
