FC 25 stutters,lags

I just bought FC25 yesterday (its 2am😭) and i couldnt play the game normaly without any lags + input delay
i tried reinstalling the game,repairing the game, reinstalling anticheat, uptading drivers, nvidia control app fixes,graphic settings to high performance, power plan to high performance and ingame settings changes and nothing seems to help and noone from EA can even help me
