Fifa 23 launch problem

Platform:PC

Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Launch Game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05.07.23
Summarize your bug Fifa 23 doesn't launch ever since I bought it. I couldn't play even once.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have seen in internet that it is a very general problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? Fifa 23 first screen appears and freezes. Nothing happens then.
What do you expect to see? It should launch to be able to start game.

I havent been able to play it due to this problem even once. So please help me or refund.

    Download and install all available Windows Updates

    Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    Check your machine meets the below requirements: 

    OS: 64-bit Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): Ryzen 5 1600 or Equivalent
    Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600k or Equivalent
    Memory: 8 GB
    Graphics card (AMD): Radeon RX 570 or Equivalent
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or Equivalent
    DirectX: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent (feature level 12_0)
    Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 100 GB

    @EA_Barry I did all you recommended on my three PCs. I play older Fifa versions and some other games without problem. But I can't launch this game no matter what I do. In this case I kindly ask you to find me another solution or refund please.

    I can't play this game I have bought because it simply doesn't work. It freezes. You don't solve my problem. So refund me please.
