[FIXED] Game Installation & Download Directory Unchangeable Since January 2024

Summarize your bug When I try to download a game it, by default, has the install location set to my C: drive which is full. If I change the installation location to my L: drive (which has plenty of available space) the shown available disk space doesn't update and continues to show me how much space is left on my C: drive. If I try to change the default installation location I'm able to select the folder in the L: drive that I want to download to, but pressing OK doesn't actually do anything and the default install location stays stuck on the C: drive.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to install a game through the EA PC client or change the default install location via the settings page.
What happens when the bug occurs? The default installation location does not update.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to change the installation location for my games.
