Summarize your bug When I tried to add Battlefield 5 Standard Edition to my cart, I was told "We had some trouble processing your request. Something went wrong and we couldn't complete your request. Try again a little later." I encounter this error and I cannot purchase the game. (I am trying to make the purchase from Turkey.) Also, I'm experiencing the problem on both EA App and ea.com.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You may find this problem when you try to add Battlefield 5 to your cart.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error box pops up on the screen and says "We had some trouble processing your request. Something went wrong and we couldn't complete your request. Try again a little later."
What do you expect to see? Since I was able to purchase it without any problems in other games, I expect the same in Battlefield 5.
When I tried to buy Battlefield 5 from Black Friday discounts, I was told "We had some trouble processing your request. Something went wrong and we couldn't complete your request. Try again a little later." I'm encountering the error. Since I live in Turkey, I don't want to complete my shopping with a VPN due to the exchange rate difference.
