For rent download bug

I have a problem downloading the for rent expansion pack. It is just prepping and won’t start downloading. Have tried every thing that is suggested but nothing has worked. (Clearing catch, reinstalling ea app and everything that can be done)

If the payment is stuck in a processing state, you'll need to get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account and billing details a bit further to see why this transaction is stuck- here on the forums we don't have access to your account information to investigate into this.

Please check the order history on your account for this purchase- are you seeing the transaction showing as processing, failed, or complete?

it says processing but I got the orderconfirmation after I preorderd it

What option do I press on that site? If I press the orders button I just get to the order page and no help option

Select EA app as your product, then Orders-> I want to check my order status and from there, you'll see the current available contact options.
