Friends List Connection

Hello, I have been trying for the past hour and half to play "A Way Out" with my friend. The EA launcher friends list is all gray and just wont load. When it does it says connection failed are the servers down right now or is it something with my computer?

    Hi there,

    There was a temporary outage last weekend that caused this issue, but it was resolved as of 2 AM last night (GMT+1).

    Please try restarting the client by going to the top-left menu (☰) > Help > Restart App.
    If that doesn’t work, try Help > App Recovery from the same menu.

    If the issue persists, please reply to this thread with your EA app Error Reporter ID.

    To avoid duplicate threads on the same topic, I’ll be closing this one. Thanks!

    seems like the whole friends list is broken across the board, solid company work from EA, i bet they ask for micro transactions to make it work

    I have the same thing I am trying to play apex with my friends, and I can see my friends list its just say connection failed

    Yeah, same issue here. Me and my friends are hoping that someone got an alarm that some service connected to the friends-function is down or something.

    everyone is having the same problem. Of course it's gonna take EA 2 days to acknowledge the issue even exists, while their AI support bots are telling us to "restart app or restart router" lmao garbage

    EXACT SAME PROBLEM HERE, Trying to play A way out, cant see friends, and even when i try to invite friends from in game, same thing, gray boxes that NEVER load.

    Same issue here. I've actually had this issue happen in the past. Don't recall what fixed it, though.
