(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) happened back in November 2021 and has persisted to this daySummarize your bug I cant see my friends list in the EA app not matter what I do, it always just tells me that it couldnt connect me to it. Tried a lot of stuff to make it work but it seems as tho this isnt a problem on my end. I looked around and found various posts describing the same thing (example below). https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/Friends-list-doesn-t-load-in-EA-Desktop-app-but-works-on-Origin/m-p/11019637 this bug prevented me from playing with my friends back then which is why I uninstalled the EA App and its still there nearly 2 years later so I would like to see this fixed so I can actually use my account and games as intended. I tried some workarounds and actually managed to get into a party with a friend in Battlefield 1, he sent me a party invite since it says I am online in his firends list and I got it 5 minutes later, joined his party but didnt actually see his Icon in the party and the whole thing was just very buggy overall. Hey!I have the same problem.I have done all of your troubleshootings steps and it didnt help. I can't connect to any game and my friendslist dont work.What more can i do? I wanna play FC 24 but i cant connect. Its the 2 day of the same issue. Please help!

they just dont want to take accoutability that its their fault so they can be lazy

These sorts of issues are most often related to a problem with your connection, resulting in the EA connect (the EA app friends services) being blocked.

Its not my connection, I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled.... its the App that never seems to work right. Please Give us back Origin...

It's not my connection, yesterday everything was fine.
Something is broken on EA side in this moment. Hope they fix.

last year they totally erase my friend list I had since battlelog, probably it's time to do that again

Hi. I'm having the exact same problem starting from today. I even updated the app, but nothing. My friends still see me online and I can play BF4 online, but I can't see them online on the EA App or Battlefield Menu. Does anyone know when EA is going to fix this annoying problem?
