Same here ! this problem started last week ,been restore my computer to previous update only to fix it temporary, now the same thing is happenning again ,
ok i found a fix and so far its worked for me 2 of my frnds and my wife.
go to file explorer search up this pathway
C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License
then delete the entire license folder
