Game Missing from Library in EA App

Hi all,

I've recently got around to installing the EA App on a new PC after not having it for months. I can see that there was an issue back in May where games were removed from libraries in error, but this has since been resolved. However it looks like I still have a game missing.

In this specific case, it's Dead Space 3. If I go to the Game Hub page for it, the only option I have is to purchase it again. I'm pretty sure I owned the game a long time ago as I played through it in co-op with a friend.

Any ideas?
