Gamepass and EA Desktop issues

Summarize your bug I have EA Play through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. EA desktop app wants me to subscribe even though the account is linked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? what?
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing happens
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to download and launch a game

I'm not able to download any games from the desktop app. I'm subscribed through Gamepass and verified the accounts are linked but the EA Desktop app doesn't have an option to download anything. The EA Desktop app just has a "Join EA Play" button like I'm not subscribed at all.

I thought this was an EA support forum? Not one response from an EA team member in 2 days?

Summarize your bug I bought Xbox Gamepass today and then i synced my xbox account with ea account but i can not download any games from EA Desktop app. EA Desktop app doesn't recognize my subscription.

Hi @minimoo2134,

Are you certain that you are logged in with the right account?

You can check by going to https://help.ea.com/en/ and logging in with your Xbox credentials. You can then go to Accounts > Change email address to check and change the mail address that is linked to your account. That's also the account that you need to use to log into EA Desktop.
