GAMES STUCK ON FINALIZING

Please help, I download games from EA APP and all of them do not install completely and freeze at 74%.

@EA_Pulsar I don't want to create a new windows account, I have too much stuff on this account. By the way, somehow the EA APP images were installed, but with games there is still an error, finalizing on 73% is endless.
