Have 2 xbox accounts linked and I can't unlink either

Hey @treid1996,

The unlink button does like to hide if you have multiple of the same platform linked. If you need help unlinking them, then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team via the following link:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

They can help you unlink one or both. I'll share this article with you too, as it has some more information about what exactly happens when you unlink an account, as well as informing you of some of the risks inherent to it:

So I'm having this same problem with my brother and I. Both of ours accounts are linked to his EA account and it's not letting me unlink my account from his EA account to add to my own EA account. I have tried contacting the live support team but every time I try I am given an error.

    I have the exact same issue and I just chatted with a live support team member. They told me they CAN'T unlink my accounts because of new policy changes or something. I have no idea what we're supposed to do when their own policies and systems seem to be so broken.
