Having trouble downloading Battlefront 2....

I only get this message on Battlefront's page. All the other games are just fine and downloadable. I have EA Play via Xbox Game Pass and I am sure my xbox account is linked perfectly fine. It doesn't matter how many times i try, i still get this message and the wont let me to play this game. I've tried app recovery, uninstalling the EA app , repair... It wont let me to start the download on the Xbox app too. What might be wrong? Thanks!
