help!!!

NaeRylee03  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  If you use mods or custom content, does it help to remove the Mods folder?  You don't have to save your progress.

Hello! I've had the same issue for months and I asked for help and unfortunately received none. I'm on MAC and I've tried everything (uninstalling, repairing, removing mods etc.). Someone told me it had to be an EA app issue and not a sims one but that's about it.

Hey, it runs windows and I removed all the mods and everything. I removed the mods after I download and paid for the latest game

Yeah I figured cause it’s starts to run the game and then close out by it self 

No it’s not the game it self. Like the game will run and the app will close out. No errors or nothing 

I no longer see this error. As NaeRylee03 said, I go on the EA App, click on play the sims 4, it shows the sims 4 game app icon on the desktop but never opens and redirects me to the EA app.
