I had multiple Sims 4 expansion packs for Origin for MacBook, but now origin is gone and my Mac won’t run EA (or really anything). I have an Xbox so I want to know if I can get a refund (I got them in 2021/ 2022) or if I can get the platform switched.
Phantom220 No, unfortunately EA doesn't allow content to be transferred between platforms, other than PC/Mac (which counts as the same thing anyway), nor does it issue refunds past a small initial window. But are you sure your Mac can't run the EA App, even with an update? What are its specs? I'd like everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.
