I'm getting same 500 error multiple times after restart, yes EA app is set to start at automatically, yes EA APP background service is running, yes I am also getting on my new Ryzen 7600 PC build but not my old one.
The EA app background process is running after restart so something else must be going on.
I am Not able to play Jedi Survivor I have purchased.
The only EA game I was able to Lauch from EA app was classic Mass Effect 3 ... but it launched as only 1/4 of the screen in the top left and I had to close it and change my monitor resolution from 4k to 1090p to get it to launch right. My other EA App installed games were all updated yesterday, but are all asking me to re-install them and do not find the installs. Only classic Mass Effect 3 is found and can launch. I'm still seeing the 500 screen.
Very frustrating bug. I just tested my internet speed and 800 down and 300 up.
I also just checked to install a PlayPass game from Xbox app as I have GamePass Ultimate and all it shows me on Mass Effect Legendary where the install button should be is, I kid you not, a frown icon. So Playbass from GamePass Ultimate seems broken as well. All other Xbox GamePass games can launch. Just not the EA ones. I can play Forza 5 standard from GamePass for example. But EA Fifa 23 shows a frown face instead of install.
OK, hope this helps find the issue as it's super annoying to not be able to play my games on my new Ryzen 7000, but I can still play them on my old Ryzen 3000 system.
