When I try to log in EA app, though I am sure I have got the right id and code, I cannot log in and it showed the EC10500.

I have tried several solutions, but them didn't work.

1. Optimizing the Internet

2. Reset my computer's firewall

3. Uninstall and load the app again.

Hi Friend.
I had the same problem today. I was logging in with email id.
I for some reason then tried logging in with EA ID instead of email then this error went away.
You can give this a shot if you havent figured out any other options yet.
