Cannot buy anything new through the APP

Hi! I tried to buy an expansion pack for The Sims 4(Enchanted by nature), I can... pay alright, I confirm the payment with my banking app, but then the provider's  redirecting screen loads forever and the session expires, therefore I cannot buy the pack! I tried buying another pack, but still, nanadada!

Please, I don't know how to even fix this. 

Beforehand, the app kept crashing. Deleted the cache and re-installed it. This payment problem still persists no matter what!

I'm seriously considering migrating everything to Steam.
