No, it is definitely not that. It is not a connectivity issue. My internet's speed is alright, and I use wired connection, it is wired directly into my PC. My date and time are up to date.
The problem is "kinda" at my end but i do not experience anything like that with any software other than EA App.

It has nothing to do with internet speed. There are more things that can influence your connection. If you're unsure about what to do, I would recommend getting in touch with your ISP.
