Community ManagerTry clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here, let me know if you're still not able to download this pack.
I just tried to clear the cache and restart the app, neither worked. I have also already tried signing out of my account and back in, neither worked.

Where did you purchase your code from? It looks like you redeemed a code for the extra digital content, but not the expansion.
A third-party company called CDKeys, I didn't realize I got the extra content but not the full expansion, I'm currently working on getting a refund.
