I cannot download DLC
I redeemed the new Enchanted by Nature expansion pack via product code, and it is showing up as a purchased DLC within my library in the app, but I am unable to download the content. Pictures provided.

A third-party company called CDKeys, I didn't realize I got the extra content but not the full expansion, I'm currently working on getting a refund.

Where did you purchase your code from? It looks like you redeemed a code for the extra digital content, but not the expansion.
I just tried to clear the cache and restart the app, neither worked. I have also already tried signing out of my account and back in, neither worked.
