I cant add/Save payment method on EA APP or on the Website

Hello,

Ever since the change from Origin to EA app, i haven't been able to add payment method or save it. All i recieve is that the request is not being processed and that the credit card cant be verifed. This issue i have both from the app and from the EA website. So it is very frustrating. So i been in contact with several agents and still not being able to fix it. So please I need help in how i can add my payment card so i can do future purchases.

Hi @JessieLuna92,

If you're unable to add the same payment method on the EA.com website and also through the EA app, the issue probably lies with the payment method itself. In such a case, it would be advisable to contact your bank.
