i cant delete games off of my computer

COMPUTER INFO: nov 2023 macbook pro, updated to sequoia 15.4.1

so two years ago, i started having problems with sims 3 just two weeks after i purchased it. for weeks i was on contact with EA support but they could not help me with the issue. They swore they would report it to the higher ups to fix the problem and i would be able to play soon, but its been two years and i never got any help, or got to play the game i spent hundreds of dollars on. 

I'm in college and i have to have space on my computer so i decided to finally just delete sims 3 and the EA app since i never got a solution. When trying to delete sims 3 in the EA app, it was not letting me. i would click uninstall but absolutely nothing happened. I tried to uninstall and redownload the EA app, but that did not work. I also tried to clear the cache but it did not work as well.

Im tired of fighting with and dealing with EA and its problems, i would really like to get these apps off of my computer so i can do my college work.
