Hey Guys somehow i made it to download the dlc. I just deinstalled the xbox app (Main-Game was installed on the ea ap), then installed it again, logged in, started the ea app and deinstalled the game once, then i installed it on the C drive (same as ea and xbox app) and now it works. I don't know if this helps anyone but yeah (sorry if my english is bad lol)
well its EA so you can guess when its getting fixed...
its just pure luck. you have to do some random *.
i own the limited edition and CQ. ive came back to play the RM. installed the base game through EA APP. Base game installed fine but like you all i couldnt dl the DLCs.
so what i did first was:
-installing ORIGIN and launched it
-Origin was repairing game files automatically
-after it was finished ive still couldnt dl the DLCs
after that ive launched EA app again and tried to clear the cache. still no positive result.
so i did what you suggested here in the thread.
closed the app. deleted the XPACK folders.
launched the app again as admin. still couldnt dl the DLCs.
than ive launched the Origin app and the DLCs magically started to download. the DLCs still are marked as not owned but ive guess im fine now...

I issued a chargeback and got EA Access via Steam.
No longer and Issue. Uninstalled that POS App EA Desktop and went back to origin.
Pressed the download button and sure enough 15minutes later I had the game and all DLC installedAnd these companies wonder why consumers will not give up steam. Steam has done it for decades and has experience. We as consumers do not want to wait for a multi billion dollar company to get up off their * and provide a service they advertise
