I can't install EA APP (FIX IT !!!)

I'm losing my mind. I got the xbox game pass (ultimate) and when I try to install an EA game it tells me that I need the EA app. I tried to install it from the xbox app and from the official websit...

Also guys if you go to program files and if you find EA games just delete the file and try launching the installer again. it works!!!!!
