I can't install the EA app, please help!

I can't install the EA app meaning that I can't play any of my games, and it is driving me f***ing insane! Why in the hell would you introduce an app that causes so many problem for so many people to install? (yes I have read many other threads with others having the exact same problems).

Please fix it now, this is completely unacceptable for your customers who have spent severeal hundred pounds over many years investing in your games!

And now we can't play them! Please fix now, or I expect my money back, if I can't access the games I have paid for.

    @chriskammerer89 Right with you. I've been banging my head against this exact same issue going on four weeks at this point. EA customer support was deleting my cases the instant I submitted them and the mods here are upset that I keep bringing this topic up. I guess we were supposed to get on our knees and thank EA for taking our money while throwing even more at them.

    Even if they fix the EA App tomorrow who's to say they won't bork it again in a few months? I don't know about you, but after the way us paying customers have been treated its going to take a lot of make-good before I buy another EA game.

    That sounds extremely frustrating! And listen, it's not right! If we can't access the games that we paid good (and a lot might I add) money for, they'll either have to give us a refund, or work around the clock to fix it!

    And stop shutting us out of one app before the other one is actually up and running. 

    I'm gonna write them tomorrow. Hopefully they won't also just delete my complaints like they do yours. If they do, I may be inclined to take this further.. because it can't be legal to keep ones clients from using the products that we PAID for.

    @chriskammerer89 Unfortunately I'm sure we all agreed to this treatment when accepted the EULA when purchasing our games.

    The only thing we can do is not buy EA games anymore. Imagine how quickly all this crap would get fixed if their stock value started to plummet because of bad sales numbers.
