i cant play any of the games on ea play , and i have membership

I got ea play membership on epic games but ea app doesnt see it and i cant play any of the games i installed. Accounts are properly linked i can see it that its the right accounts on myaccount.ea so it isnt a problem with that i really need help because i cant play any of the games on ea play.
