i keep getting errors and game not launching and not even downloading

So i get this in EA App error whenever i launch FC 25 Showcase from steam ^

AND whenever I try to install FC 24 from EA App it just says installing.... forever

I've tried SO many stuff like:

1- put the EA APP and EAbackground service as to ignore in the firewall and even disabled firewall completely!

2- reinstalling EA App

3- checking windows is up to date

4- clearing CACHE and restarting the app and restarting my PC

5- I don't have any antivirus

I'm tired of those errors, am I gonna get any help?
